The San Diego Youth Orchestra string section in performance
If you are between the ages of 16 and 24 years and a string instrumentalist then Ron Hunt, organiser of the San Diego Musicamp, which takes place from 13th July to 4th August would like to receive an audition piece from you.
In a recent email he states that although places have already been offered to wood and brass players, three from Ireland and two from the UK, who have achieved the required standard – “We certainly have room for string instruments at this time.”
