Identified Risk Factors
- A camp on which your acceptance has been confirmed may be cancelled at short notice as a result of several other accepted camp participants withdrawing and thereby making the camp non-viable.
- A camp on which your acceptance has been confirmed may be cancelled at short notice as a result of local Government requirements.
- The country in which a camp is offered may not permit entry by travellers from the UK or the Republic of Ireland at the start date of the camp.
- The country in which a camp is offered may not permit entry by travellers that are not fully vaccinated against Covid-19 by a vaccine or vaccines approved in that country.
- The country in which a camp is offered may not be on the list of countries issued by the UK FCDO or the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs for which travel is advised at the start date of the camp.
- Your travel insurance policy may not provide Covid-19 cover.
- Your travel insurance may not be valid in the country in which a camp is offered at the start date of that camp.
- A camp on which you have been accepted may be terminated part-way through due to unexpected circumstances and this may involve you in additional travel expense.
- Activities on a camp or movement of individual participants on that camp may be restricted as a result of Covid infection or associated isolation requirements.
- Last minute changes in a camp’s hosting arrangements may be necessary as a result of Covid-19 infection or isolation requirements.
- You may be required to quarantine on your return to the UK or Ireland as a result of changes in local regulations whilst you were away.
